Have you registered your Logging ID?

Without registering the Logging ID from your device, we cannot link the data to an email address.

Have you recently deleted the Spark app?

Deleting and reinstalling the Spark app resets your Logging ID.

Check internet connection?

The app requires a standard internet connection to upload the results after the workout.

Please check that your device is connected to the internet and make sure to keep the app open for a few minutes after your session.


Check spam folder

Your email provider may have misclassified the email as junkmail.
